Michelle Dumais
Principal Consultant & Founder
Michelle helps transformation projects stick—the adoption, training, and process work that turns strategy into working operations.
With 20+ years leading transformation from manufacturing floors to executive boardrooms, she's done the work across startups, high-growth firms, and Fortune 500 companies. As a former Senior Manager at Deloitte, she led a $9B semiconductor divestiture across 19 countries with zero business disruption, and delivered $620–680M in projected savings on a $390M ERP transformation.
Her focus: getting people to actually use what you build. On one enterprise AI platform, she achieved 98% user adoption—versus the industry average of ~30%.
Lean Six Sigma trained and CPIM certified, Michelle is also a Deloitte Facilitator Excellence graduate (in-person and virtual). She mentors startups at Blue Startups and Hatch Blue accelerators.
Based on Hawai'i Island, she co-leads the Big Island Tech Meetup and serves on the Hawai'i Island Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
Paul Dumais
CTO & AI Practice Leader
Paul builds technology that people actually use—AI platforms, scalable systems, and products that make a real difference in how businesses operate.
With 25+ years in technology leadership, he's been CTO at multiple companies and led successful exits including acquisitions by Fox Interactive, Constellation Software, and most recently Wpromote's acquisition by ZMC. At Wpromote, he built Polaris, an AI platform that reduced manual analysis by 65%—recognized by Google as an enterprise AI case study.
His philosophy: you don't just develop software, you develop the teams that build and sustain it.
Paul is a Google certified Generative AI Leader and currently mentors startups at Blue Startups (Top 20 U.S. accelerator per TechCrunch). He leads the Big Island Tech Meetup and is committed to growing Hawai'i's local tech ecosystem.
